"The first one is teleportation." Lillia said, and started reading.
"Teleportation is extremely useful, but can easily be fatal if the magic is carelessly used.
Before you use this magic, have a place you would like to go in mind. Focus only on that place, stand still, and turn on the spot. It will not work a few times if you are doing this for the first time, but if you do everything carefully and correctly you should be in the area you had imagined.
When you are teleporting you should have the sensation of incredible pressure all around your body, and the inability to breathe, but this will only be a few seconds and should not be painful. If you feel any sort of pain, you have most likely been injured in the process of teleportation. When you are done teleporting, if you did it incorrectly, you may have lost a limb, gotten a cut, or in the worst cases, given yourself some form of a fatal injury. But common injuries are usually very minor.
You do not have to say any word in the Ancient language, and it is advised that you don't. Only creatures with magic in their blood (ex: shape shifters, sorcerers, elves, et cetera) can do this."
