(Thanks!) Jade had been walking around the castle, she missed the queen. Even though she wasn't her real mother, Jade missed her like she was. She was little when they found her. And had always dreamed of being queen until she realized, when she was 11, that Lillia was older and would be queen. Being just a year younger meant that she really would never be queen unless something horrible happened to Lillia. She had thought many times about terrible accidents that might happen to her sister, but pushed the thoughts away knowing her jealousy was getting the best of her. Now she was less jealous of her sister and more relieved that her sister had the kingdom to rule and the responsibility that came with ruling it. Jade now pondered, she pondered about what Lillia would do with her, how she would serve her kingdom. In her wildest daydreams, which she had a lot of, she thought of Lillia making her an equal, and ruling the kingdom with herr. Jade knew though, that this would never happen. But right now, there were more important things to worry about. Lots of people were killed by the humans, including her own parents when she was two years old. Jade started looking for Lillia and found her "Hello..." she felt awkward for some reason, maybe because her sister, the one she had always played with and fought with and treated equally wasn't such an equal anymore, Lillia was the queen now.

Xylo ran out of the cave, shameful of what he had done. He knew Lillia couldn't find out. He ran back to the castle, hoping to get as far away from Vivian as he could.

Vivian smiled. Her plan to overthrow Lillia had started. Now to act normal.

Lillia looked up at her sister and smiled, glad to see a friendly face.
"Hello!" Lillia greeted, setting her book aside.
"Jade, I'm sorry if I kind of ignored you yesterday. Everything was just kind of chaotic and I wasn't really thinking about the fact that this was all difficult for you too, I apologize." She said honestly. Even though she was queen, she wanted to continue being with her sister. She didn't want to lose anyone else.

"It's OK, you're queen now." Jade said even though she did feel a little neglected yesterday. "What are you reading?" Jade asked her looking at the black book.

"I'm reading about magic. I want to make Mother proud, so I want to study and learn how to use magic like she did..." Lillia said, but then realized that magic wasn't something Jade was allowed to do.
"You know what...I know only queens and kings are allowed to, but with a queen's permission a certain someone could learn magic with me if they wanted to." She told Jade, and hoped that Jade would understand what she meant.
