Lillia chuckled nervously, "Well, okay. Hope I don't die." She said humorously.

"I'm just going to go across the room." She told Jade, and stood up. She thought about where she wanted to go (across the library) for a few minutes before spinning. It didn't work a few times, and she started feeling ridiculous. But finally it worked and she ended up at the other end of the room seconds later. She was breathing heavily from the extremely unpleasant experience, and there was a cut on her arm that was bleeding, but nothing else.

"Dang it..." She muttered. "Well, mostly worked."
Xylo laid down on the bed, grunting in pain. He knew that scar would be there for a while, and Lillia wouldn't be happy about it.

Squaking and roaring loudly again, Acan bore down on the remaining humans. He beelined the first one, leaping with powerful legs, and landing squarely on his target, who crumpled like a paper cup.

Lillia thought she heard some noise outside. It sounded like Acan.

"Uh...Jade, I'll be right back. Stay there." She said and ran outside to the garden. Usually Acan was pretty silent, so the fact that he was roaring made her worried.

Xylo got up, then stumbled, and fainted, tired and weak from his blood loss.

There weren't many left of the scouts, but several dove for cover in among the thicker trees where Acan could not go in his bird form. One panicky human tried to make a run for the wall to the rope they had left hanging there.

When Lillia walked outside and saw what was going on she cursed under her breath.

It seemed like most of the humans had ran away, but there was still one attempting to grab the rope that was against the wall.
She ran back into the castle to quickly shout to the guards about the humans in the garden.
"Let none of them escape! Kill them all!" She demanded as the guards ran outside with their weapons in hand.

She shifted into her bird form and flew outside. Pecking the humans and blinding them wasn't much, but at least they wouldn't know where they were going.

Xylo woke up, and heard a commotion outside. He walked to the window, seeing a few humans. He sighed. He decided to grab some black leather and cover half of his face, so that Lillia wouldn't see his scar. He ran out, and killed the first human he could see, hoping Lillia wouldn't notice him.

After a while, the guards had found and killed all of the humans that had come.

Lillia shifted, and was too distracted with the blood and bodies that needed cleaning up to notice Xylo at all.
"Clean the garden up, please." She told the servants she walked past when she went inside. Lillia wondered how the humans possibly knew that they were still thriving. After all, they thought the leader was dead, right? And so technically there would be nobody to rule them all.

Xylo turned into an eagle and flew inside, landing in the throne room. He transformed into a human and sat down on his throne.

Lillia walked past the thrones and saw Xylo sitting there, but he had leather on one side of his face.
"Xylo, why do you have that on your face?" She asked him, confused.
