Magatha shifted on her stool, nibbling her sweet. "You need to make sure you get rest, Rayko. None of us know when the attack will happen. Living in the moment is fine, but we must sometimes move forward too."
She finished her morning tea. Looking at Rayko, Magatha nodded. "You are strong. Get some rest, so you might be ready for the upcoming trials. If they come in the night, we need you to be ready," she said.

Xylo said "I just don't want to hurt my wife, who is also a little Raven."

Rayko dropped the dishes off at the kitchen, before he headed up to his chambers. When he got there, he undressed to washed up and pulling on his night clothes. Today he opted to actually sleep under the covers. So climb in and found a comfortable position. He his mind was still thinking about all Martha had said to him. Before his eye became to heavy to keep open any longer.

Magatha changed to her magpie form and swooped over the hens, gathering them up to bring them in to get a drink and lay eggs. The hens were more than glad to follow the old henwife.
