These predators are messing with the wrong chicken owner. Always one step ahead. I learned how to make and set snare traps the day after the 2nd Fox.

Get used to it cause it ain’t gonna stop. Lol
Did you make those snares or buy em? Either way you can catch everything in the right size snare but for fox it’s better if the snare loop is loaded to close faster.
 
@Living_Legend you should look into the DP raccoon traps. They’re only about $10 a piece and if maintained will last for a long time. Just use the cable from some kinked up snares to anchor them to something solid and you’re in business.

Snares are better for red foxes though. 10-12” loop about 10 inches off the ground to the bottom of the loop.
Anyway you cut it you’re doing a helluva job! They will keep coming until you get them thinned down enough. I deal with the same thing.
