Clothes, Phantom Boomphones, a chicken calendar, umm dust pan and brush, XD, Uhh candy duct tape, and these clothes which I'm going to put my chickens' picture on 'em.

I got this from my Hubby! It is about 27 inches tall when assembled and is copper which will patina with time. The picture shows what it will look like with the direction letters and balls. Now I have to wait until we get good weather again so we can install it on the roof of the pole barn.

He also gave me a "gift certificate" for 25 chicks of my choice in the spring!

I'm not sure yet ~ I already have 30 hens of various breeds but some are getting older (5 or 6 years). I might get some Buff Orpingtons, Wyandottes, Australorps and Speckled Sussex ~ all pullets. I am still studying the on line catalogs. I like the brown egg layers although I might get a few white egg layers just for the variety.

I found a catalog with chicks in it, and dad and I are planning on getting at least one Red Star and one Black Star, then four of what else I want! Looks like it'll be silkie time this spring!!!
