That has the potential to be an awesome coop. Depending on how many chickens you are going top have, you could set up one or two sets of nestboxes in between the windows. For your roosts, you could pick one end or the other of the coop, above the windows. You have to have your roost bars higher than the nestboxes, or that's where the birds will roost. Think about making the roost bars easily removable. It makes it so much easier at cleaning time. What I did was screw in wood blocks to each side of where each roost bar was going to be. The roost bars easily pop in and out for cleaning. I used 2X4s for the roosts, and just some scrap I had laying around (And I had a lot of that after building my coop) for the blocks. Another thing you could do that would be a benefit for the chickens, is to build some hardware cloth screened doors for each end of the coop. That would really give a big boost to the fresh air/ventilation of the coop. Goodluck with everything, looks like you got a great start.
