That is why I suggested to use it after the op. (EDT: Ice before, and aspirin after so that the blood has already clotted.)No dubbing advice, but I'd find something other than aspirin for pain. Aspirin is a blood thinner in humans. I assume that holds true for chickens as well. May cause even more bleeding.
