I started off with a lone coop that I had purchased.

I heard sand floors were good so I went with them. But what about the run?

And I am loving it. The area to the right will be covered with a polycarbonate roof. Sloped backward and ready for rain run-off.

The rest of the room will be of hardware cloth sealing off the L-shaped section. It has been a LOT of fun and already I have my eyes set on that aluminum barn next door.
