I hear ya, me tooooo!! The tails are finally coming back nice though, missed them, and getting a honk and scream every now and again, so wont be much longer..
Wow! It's hard to believe it's 80 down there in Georgia. We just got over a foot of snow here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Quite unusual for us. My peas REFUSE to put their feet in it.
Spring??? Seems a LONG way off. But then again, if you don't like the weather here in the mountains, wait a few days. It'll change. It's already been down in the low 20's and then back up in the 70's. I've got flower bulbs that have tried coming up twice.
This snow sure is BEAUTIFUL though. Just wish my peas liked it.
We got teasing flakes for about a half an hour around noon yesterday, then the precip stopped. When it started back up yesterday evening it was sleet, which quickly turned to MORE rain.
Technically winter hasn't even begun yet, so spring is indeed a long way off.
well, it in the 50's now, but give it two days we'll be 75 again, we spend about half the week 70-80 then the next half 50-ish, no wonder we all stay sick....
I know what you mean about staying sick. EVERYBODY is sick up here.
They say we might get more snow tonight. THANK GOD all my birds went up in their pens like they're supposed to. Of course, it helped that we didn't let most of them out today. With a foot of snow on the ground, there wasn't much to eat out there anyhow.
