My silver phoenix is really broody this time
. She is 22 weeks I think
. It's only day 2 so I'm still
but she is now clucking to her golf balls and her belly is plucked clean. She sounds like a cat if I put my hand near her
. She is so tiny though, not sure how she will defend her babies against all of the big birds out there. Now I need to get some eggs that I want to put under her. I have plenty of mutt babies already from my eggs so I don't want to give her any of my own eggs to hatch. Her's would be pure but I haven't been saving them so I only have 1. This is so exciting
