It's going to be a Boy...now I need a name (Pic added to page 1)

I'm with EC, I LOVE Oliver. I too wanted an old name, but one that was not common, or already taken (VERY large family). I picked Olivia, but Oliver was on the top of my list for a boy. My husbands name is Jeffrey, so Jefferson Oliver is what I liked. My DH wasn't too wild about the Jefferson part LOL.

My cousin has a little boy named William III... right now they call him Willy.

I think Will is cute too.

...and congrats mama.

Congratulations! I have a DS who was born on Nov. 12, if he would have been a girl his name would have been Lillian (Lilli for short). He wasn't a girl, and after a couple weeks debate we named him Sawyer. We initially were going to name him Jack (which I still love) but changed our minds after he was a couple hours old.

What type of names do you like? Traditional? Well-known or less common? Classic, trendy, popular, fun, off-the-wall?

Some recent baby boy names that I've heard:
Thomas
Laithe
Slade
Aidan
Cameron
Nathan
Nolan

If I have another boy it will be named after my paternal grandfather. My three all have middle names after grandfathers/great grandfathers.

But true!

Really, really true with boys!

We almost had an Andrew Nolan, ended up with Jonathan Michael. Had a much harder time picking a boys name than a girls for some reason.

Congratulations!

Had my daughter been a boy, the name would have been Nikolas Ian Brady...then last name.
My great grandfather's name IMO is the coolest name I have heard of Sterling Alouiscious Hannigan, everyone called him Bo for short

Congrats on the baby boy!
