Not here Margret but several places around my area have gotten flash floods, been getting lots of thunder and lightning and a sprinkle is all , then the sun comes out and bakes my butt, the air is so thick with humidity i can barely breath

Because of it, alfalfa hay is no less than $20 a bale ($400 a ton). This time last year it was $16, I think.

Seems like all we hear over here about Cali is it is either on fire or sliding away because of to much rain somewhere else.

Friday the heat index is going to be 110 here. This week and next week will be the hottest weeks that we will have this year. It didn't seem that bad today to me. I was even wearing long pants today helping my dad spray some food plots.

The peas are all staying in the shade of the bamboo and I make sure they always have fresh cold water. I keep the water in the shade of the bamboo and it stays cold even on the hot days.

Our temp is 100• I have 2 misters going all the time and they are in the shade. The peas and the guineas stay in the shade. I also have a fan going all the time!
