Little Percy (the runt) is on his way out. He won't eat or drink, and while all of the others have doubled , he has stayed the same size

Oh no! How is he?!
 
He looked like he was dying when I left for church, but when I got back, he had bounced back! He's eating and drinking now, but I don't have to much hope

I do too ! He just ate about a half tablespoon of wet starter, and is now sleeping after drinking about two table spoons water

I believe little percy had a concussion, but it's healing now. Would this be a logical explanation?
