I don't know if she does poultry, but she's a certified avian vet. If she doesn't do poultry, she'll know who does.
And you don't have to test every bird. Only test one; the rest of them have the same thing. Explain that you have a flock problem (when you're calling) and could you bring one in for a culture and sensitivity so that you can treat them and know with what you're dealing.
