It's turning into a complex!

So we got some of these....

And needed to add onto this...

So we divided the inside, chickens on the left, ducks on the right... Ignore the chickens on the wrong side...

Added a new run, and a perimeter fence for rotational additional space...

New run, almost done. Need a roof, door, and pop door added to the building and the run...

Which is good, because I have some more of these...

Then we need to finish out the perimeter fence, finish painting and other details, and re-do the fencing around the compost pile to match the bird fencing. We also changed out the doors the metal shed came with to swing out barn type doors. Couple other modifications too. So we went from a coop to a complex!

At least you have made your additions in an organized fashion. My yard is a Chicken Compound, or even a Commune, rather like a bunch of stoned hippies got together and added coops of various sizes, including a plastic playhouse coop, and the chickens just choose with whom they wish to roost at night. The ducks are free-thinkers, followers of EST, perhaps, and bunk out under the trees, or stars, depending on the weather.
