We are in the village here, meaning ALL farm animals are a no no. But we are on 3 acres. But we have hens anyway, and roosters are loud and attract attention, that's why. My one neighbor likes the Roos, the other neighbors I'm not sure, and the one across the street is never home. But I don't want to get my whole flock taken away because I had a rooster.
