itty bitty egg

the other day i was out collecting eggs and in one of the nestboxes was a little tiny egg. i usually find one of these miniature eggs once a year or so and i didn't know if it was a sign of anything or not.?

i got 3 small eggs today, the are tiny im going to set them in my bator just to see if they hatch. i thought why not, give it a try.

my hens go to setting soon after they lay these tiny eggs, mabye its there last eggs before they go broody.

I call them nuggets. They rarely have yolks though, so incubating will likely be disappointing. But hey - worth a shot right?
