I've always wondered what she is

I agree, Black Sex-Link. Her legs are probably white because she's laying eggs, they loose the pigment in their skin when they lay.

I agree- I have 4 Black Stars and 2 Black Australorps-all from McMurray. The Black Star girls all have rust on their chests and the Black Aussies are all black. They are 12 weeks old now, and at the moment I forget what color all their legs are. I have ~50 young birds out there together. All different breeds too. I'm just now figuring out a few of them that I didn't know yet.

so a black sex link is the same as a Black Star???
The ones in the background are Delawares, Red Stars, and Barred Rocks.

Another way to tell if it is a Black Star or a Black Aussie is to look at their eyes. Black Star's have that gold band around the black pupil and the Black Aussie's have a solid black eye! I thought that was cool! And I agree with everyone, I think it's a Black Star. I have 2 and they are really good girls!
