Right now there is no smell of death, i don't see much movment but i have a stethoschope to measure pulse. Is there any other way i can moniter if its alive or dead?

I don't think there is another way to monitor if he is alive or not. Once you stop seeing any breathing, heart beat, or movement of any sort, then you'll know he's gone.

Why were two eggs left?

The two eggs where left because I couldn't take them with me and keep them warm the whole time. So I kept them in a makeshift incubator till i could incubate with my body heat.
