Long story short, I thought hen was sitting on dud eggs so we went to investigate., I didn't think to tell my husband careful picking up incase she's holding eggs... well one dropped and top of shell broke off. Membranes still intact. Chick is wiggling inside membrane. Rushed egg to incubator, light mist with warm water, and have a damp chux cloth almost covering bowl, allowing gap for airflow until I find paper towel... what do I do?

Sounds like you have done the right thing so far. Keep it damp. Unfortunately, thinking it may not be able to turn.. will need to assist it's hatch. Watch for the blood vessels to subside..will be time. Maybe you've assisted before?
I've never assisted! Have read one or two things on it. The beak is already at that end of the egg, and I could see it moving. But yes still veins
