I've got a floor layer or maybe a roost layer

So my chickens have finally started laying more regularly (I get an average of about 5/day for 9 chickens).
However, every couple of days or so, I get one on the floor. It's near their roosting spots so I'm not sure if the chicken is laying on the floor or roosting and then dropping an egg.
Do you foresee any problem with this? If so, how can I encourage said hen(s?) to lay on their nesting box?

In time, they will follow where the others lay. Sometimes new layers get surprised by the egg coming and don't make it to the box.
