No I do not, we figured it was neurological from the embryo. No, I don't know which hatchery exactly, maybe one in Michigan, but we got her from Tractor Supply.

Yes very hard to know what happened. Poor baby at least she is cared for. Most people would cull saying she hasn’t any quality of life.
