I've Learned a New Trick! :D

It's ALL about the treats! When mine were chicks I'd take raisins out for them (their FAV treat) and they'd go crazy. Now whenever they're out in the yard, all I have to do it walk out there and they all come running thinking they're getting a treat. Toss a handful of anything into their pens and they all run in after it! They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and apparently it's true for hens, too!
 
I've seen Boss or BOSS mentioned several times. I'm a newbie, could you tell me what it is? Thanks!
