My red sex links are killing off all my white chickens...

I had 3 baby white chickens (was waiting to see what they were, TS chicks..) that were about 10 weeks old, and all 3 are gone now. One of them escaped from my pen (not sure how) and two were attacked. This morning I went out, and one of my older gals (a yr) is gone now too. All have the same injuries... My big white gal, I brought her home with my RSL last year, so she wasn't new. She might have just been the weak one of the flock (were 5 large gals and one bantam)

I don't know what to do.. I am not sure which one is doing this, but I don't want to loose the rest of my chickens.. I still have 3 Barred Rocks in my house that I am to afraid to put out there.. They are about 7 weeks old now, but no where the size of my other girls.

I can't really block off an area of my coop. It is in the back of my garage, and we only have the one chicken door to the run, and my run is to big and open to close it off in sections.

Any other suggestions??

Im not sure how much I can help but I will give it a shot. Ok, 1st of all u usually cant put smaller chickens in w/ bigger & older chickens. They will pick and poke until they kill them. I was told to put them in a separate cage where they can get used to each other then let them out & see how they do. If u have older chickens that are goin missing especially at night then u have a predator that is getting them. U have to find a way to keep it out. If u can try to keep them closed up tight at night so nothing can get to them. Now, what kind of injuries do they have? If u are able to put pics up or tell me I may be able to tell u about those and what to do.
I also have to put my chickens up at night. Went out one morning and thought my favorite chicken had her head stuck in the fence and when I went to pull her out her head was gone:( I almost cried... I know gross but whatever got her was trying to pull her threw the cage. We ended up chaining a dog down there where he couldnt get to them but protect and I havent had any problems sense.

I am so sorry, that is really horrible, I can't even imagine. Are you sure it's the chickens hurting the other chickens? Is something getting in the coop? You should post pictures or describe the injuries and attacks.

In all honesty I don't know of any predator that will just hurt a chicken. They will either bit it, drink the blood, and leave it there dead or take off with it. Like a weasel will drink the blood and usually eat the head.

Well it could be a rat or a snake or something similar, it could just spook the chicken until it hurt itself. I would really look into it more, I honestly don't know what would make a chicken hurt other chickens so badly. They usually only pluck out each other's feathers or make a few cuts and pecks here and there. Newchknlvr, What are the injuries like? Is anything broken, are feathers missing, were they bleeding?
