I've read Light Brahmas are slow to mature..how long we talkin?

I have 2 LB pullets about 2 + mos old, one makes me wonder though. Just looking at it again today and one has much thicker legs and longer toes and slightly bigger body. Both pullets combs are red and small but what do I know? First time ever with this breed. Any chance a roo will still come out of the closet? Anyone know how long it might take to mature? Both chixs are fairly even tempered and nothing to make me think one is more agressive.
I love em both.. just looking for someone experienced with this breed.
