I thought he died from being overweight.

I am not an Elvis fan , soo I know nothing, nothing about him.

Actually, He died from a combination of issues - his coranary artery was enlarged, he had a problem with his colon, he was overweight, he had a bad liver and he had a major drug problem. All of these things contributed to his death.
