Whatcha Making for Supper?

Change of plans. The fish is not thawed. We bought it from Lummi Island and they must deep freeze it. I took it out yesterday and it is still rock solid. Don't want to fast thaw it. It's a great piece of wild caught cod, so we'll have that tomorrow.

Took out the ravioli Bolognese from Costco,. I don't mind thawing that quickly. I will still make the asparagus and a salad to go with it. Maybe some garlic bread.

Browned Burger and Onions, layered with sliced Potatoes and Cream Corn.
In the early 80's money was very tight. I had to come up with a meal that could feed 6.
Start with a layer of Cream Corn, then sliced Potatoes, then Hamburg & Onions, repeat layers ending with Cream Corn. Cover and bake at 375° for about 30 minutes. (2 cans sliced Potatoes, 2 cans Cream Corn, Hamburg and 1/2 Onion diced)
