Where I live, ivermectin is sold as a liquid, so you will need to look at the concentration (mg/mL) and convert that. If you post the product you plan on using I would be happy to help with unit conversion.

its 0.4mg or 0.5 mg but never 5mg....

i went to yoiur site you referenced and it states 5mg and over are toxic and the doseage is
For chickens and ducks: 0.2-0.4 mg/kg PO, SC, IM, topical once, and can be repeated in 10-14 days.

Please be VERY cautious with ivermectin in birds, it can be highly toxic, they are far more sensitive than mammals and the packaging is labeled for cattle, don’t use that dose! Also the pictured product is a pour on or topical product meant to be absorbed through the skin, not injected or given orally, use the injectable product orally and don’t even think about ‘pouring’ a chicken. The injectable is also listed as a 1% solution, there is not a mg/ml listed on the package making dose calculations even more exciting. It is a great dewormer in mammals but I’d highly recommend using something labeled for birds and if you must use it, get a vet to give you a dosage and have an accurate weight on your birds.
