I would wait a bit longer to give them time to recover from any toxic effect from the dead parasite load in their bodies.
I would support them by giving them a daily mash made from their feed with some poultry vitamins/minerals added and maybe some tuna or sardines for a high quality protein boost.
Dose them again after 10 days. Continue with the extra nutritional support. Then do a third treatment 7-10 days after the second dose to make sure they're clean.

Here are some good instructions for pour-on ivermectin in chickens, including proper dosage: http://www.poultrydvm.com/drugs/ivermectin

I've found ivermectin to be helpful for mites + lice, but I'm not sure it's the most effective product for all internal parasites. Here are some resources for further reading that I hope are helpful for you:

Best of luck to you and your girls!

Five drops from a syringe or an eyedropper? The *minimum* effective dose for the pour-on is 0.036 ml per pound of body weight (0.18 ml for a 5-pound chicken).

If they have threadworms, you need to get Safeguard for that. Treat them with Safeguard for 5 consecutive days because there are studies that show ivermectin does not treat threadworms.

Pour on ivermectin should only be used again after 10-14 days I think. The dosage I have used is 0.1 ml per every 2 pounds of weight (or 0.05 ml per pound.) That’s for the 5 mg per ml ivermectin.

I stopped using Ivermectin as a wormer years ago due to its overuse treating birds for mites causing worm resistance in chickens. It is ineffective as a poultry wormer. It's best to stick with benzimidazoles or levamisole when it comes to worming chickens.

As a matter of fact, mites are showing resistance to Ivermectin in some parts of the country. See the link in post #8:
