Ivomec Eprinex VS Agri-Mectin ( for mites,lice & worms)

DE is useless as a wormer. It is ineffective when wet, just like in the chickens digestive tract.
Ivomec products have been losing their effectiveness as wormers in chickens. I stopped using them long ago.

I have to second dawg on ivomec being ineffective. I was using ivomec then switched to Valbazen and wow what a difference. The worms are finally gone. All of them. It was getting so bad in a few that I could see them swimming in fresh poo.

That's what we always use also,i was told it is no good for capillary worms though,so i give them garlic also and apple cider vinegar regularly,must be working fine all y birds are fat and healthy,lol i was just curious if you used the same thing.

My birds drink often from my two ponds so making sure they got any ACV or garlic in the water is currently impractical. So no, I don't. Yes they do have other water containers to drink from that I provide them but there's no way for me to know how much of which each bird is drinking.

Ivomec Pour-on and Agri-mectin Pour-on ARE the same chemical --- ivermectin.

Ivomec Eprinex is a similar but completely different product -- eprinomectin.

I know this thread is old but wanted to clarify the differences for future searches.
