My chickens have Northern Fowl Mites. I tried to dust them and it didn't do much. I decided to try the Ivomectin drench. My husband brought home Ivomectin Cattle drench. It says 1cc per 22 pounds. So figured about a tenth a cc for a standard chicken, less for a bantam. Does this sound right? Can I really use this on my chickens and guineas?

Quote:I have never used the drench. Have used the injectable and now use the pour on as its much easier and cheaper. I have not heard of anyone use this on chickens. But maybe someone else will jump on here. cj

Specledhen had a post about this for a standard size bird I believe its .5 cc

Are you using the pour on kind that has no withdrawl for meat?
