Ivy's longggg eggs (plus baby Sally)

Ivy, 11 month old turken, never has laid pullets eggs. Been laying since she was roughly 6 months old, always large. Not large as in round, large as in long. Been waiting for the day that the large carton didn't want to close on them and it happened recently.

Here's a couple of pics of Ivy's eggs. For reference, that's my DH's hand. He's a very large man, ring size 14.

Surprisingly, never had a double yoker out of Ivy yet.

And c'mon, you know that Sally is cute. Just admit it.

Those are some LONG eggs! I thought the ones that my chickens laid were long, but compared to those, they are nothing!

And yes, Sally IS cute! I can't have them here though... Their little naked necks would freeze!
