Jacin's Poultry 2022

I have a “rustic rambler” from TSC that I think is the same or similar to the mystic. She has a little red around her neck although not as much as yours. She has slightly feathered feet. The other two are all black. One has no feathers on legs.

Huh, she's pretty close. None of my 3 girls have any feathers on their legs. Do you know what color she lays?

I'm thinking I'll dye eggs though with these three so i can learn what colors each of them tend to lay

If you haven't already tried marking eggs that way, you might start by marking some hens where you do know which egg each one lays. Then when you get an egg, you know exactly who laid it, and can see how well the marking worked (or didn't work.)

(I don't know whether you've already done it and made sure you have a method that works.)

Yeah, that's the plan next time I go to the store to get some lipsticks and try
