Howdy!
Two weeks ago, I posted pictures of "Joyce" here, concerned about the fact that the feed store had bantam D'Uccles in the same bin as LF cochins. Given that the lady helping me had no idea what she was doing, I thought that perhaps one of my three babies ("Joyce" being a good 2-3 weeks older) would end up a cochin instead of the bantams I was told I was buying.
Don't ask me why on earth a feed store would put LF in with bantams with a similar early indicator of breed (the feathered feet). I really don't know!
Anyways, "Joyce" is obviously now a James. But more importantly, I'm wondering what breed he might be! Top three pictures were taken on June 11. Bottom three were taken on Tuesday, the 25th.
What do y'all think?
