I'm in for a Jan. 30th hatch, so hopefully you'll let me tag along.

I have 2 marans, 18 silkies, and 15 lavender ameraucana bantams going in today! Woop!

Have 4 showgirls going into lockdown today as well.

Late yesterday was day 3 for me and I candled just after midnight, 7 of 12 looking good!

Oh man. I bought a new thermo and hygrometer at petco. Thermo is digital and hygro is a dial. Well my hygro read the same but my thermo was 4 degrees off! (low) sigh. So I'm adjusting. Hope I didn't fry them too much but it was only day one. I will calibrate hygroike you said and see if all is well. The thermo read about right for my house temp so I'll find a mercury thermo to check soon, but do I guess in between the two til then??

I candle everyday-I try to not candle them for 3 days after I put them in the 'bator but it's hard.
