Janoel 12 MagicFly incubator problems

i’m in desperate need of help. I bought a MagicFly (Janoel 12) incubator to help out with extra eggs that I received. I have a filled incuview currently running also. Anyway, the magicfly Janoel 12 instructions were so confusing, I messed around with something I should not have... the HU and HD numbers. Now my separately measured temps are WAY different than the incubator temps. I have it set to 40.4 Celsius (when it should be around 37.8) just to get the temp up into incubating range. If Someone Has these HU and HD numbers, I feel like my problem could be fixed. I’m having a difficult time finding these numbers anywhere. Thanks so much!

I have this incubator but won’t be able to check the values until tomorrow. In the meantime there’s some good YouTube videos about how to operate it.

I had the same problem! I contacted the manufacturer and these are the numbers they gave me:

HU:30.0
HD: 25.0
AH: 1.0
AL: 1.0
CA: -2.0
LS: 30.0
HS: 40.0

These are the recommended settings. Obviously you can change the CA, LS, and HS, but they recommend to keep the other four as is

That’s awesome! I’m going to mark those numbers down for my next hatch. I didn’t think to call the manufacturer or it could’ve been that I was worried I wouldn’t understand them after trying to make sense of the instructions. Lol! Thanks again! That’s very helpful.

Definitely use a thermometer or two. My magic fly is off. To keep it at 99.5 I have to turn it up to 38.7-39 and I have watch temps closely as they change a bit.

Can anyone share the page with how to return it to factory settings? The book is still MIA. and I know I had to adjust it a lot at the end of my first hatch.
