Janoel 24 incubator/first time incubating

Can anyone help please I have the janoel24 and can't get my temp in my bator to go up its staying on 35 what the best settings please as they don't make sense to me

Hi I have quick question the lady i got my eggs from said set them in my janoel 24 end up but it's designed to roll the eggs so what do I do try to set them end up or lying down so they roll???

If the eggs were shipped then setting them end-up helps the airsac reattach to the top. If they were from a farm near you then you can just let them be on their side.

I think end up is ok as long as they rock from side to side .good luck
