Ok. Whoever that was that responded ... thank you. I am new at the "Backyard Chicken" site and am trying to learn how to respond. Don't have it down yet. Anyway, the Janoel24 is used (from a friend ), but I used it 2 months ago and it worked. Now it won't heat up. Everything else works on it. Is there a fuse for the "heating element"?? I am thinking that I have messed up the program and just don't know how to reset it. The manuel.pdf I downloaded seems to be written in some sort of "broken Chinese -English" dialect. Can you buy parts for it?? Please help. My suggestion to all: Don't buy a Janoel24.
