At least some are developing. That one in the picture looks excellent. Are these from your chickens? The bantam chick will be adorable.

They're from MyPetChicken, "our friendliest" +"mystery" assortment. Don't have any roosters to fertilize my own hens' eggs, just a maybe-cockerel that less than a month old. I am happy that some eggs are developing after spending a week in shipping with a couple particularly cold nights.

It’s only day 2 for me, but I candled all 22 eggs and I’m just going to put the link to the post because I’m lazy lol

Sitting on my hands trying to resist candling. My eggs are only on day 2 so I wouldn’t see much yet. I did throw more wood shavings into the broody’s nest to give her a little more insulation today.

Thank you! Me too! I love the chipmunk stripes of the Easter Egger babies, they're so cute! (Both parents are EE's for these) There are 2 more that are at the same stage as these. So we expect 2 more any day now. Then we have to find a plan for the other 3 eggs that are further behind in development. I'm working on that today. Wish me luck! Lol
