This is my boy Blue. He is a pure Weimaraner. He is 4 years old and he is my little sweetie

My all time FAVE big dog!!! In my perfect world I would have one of these and a little Havanese - Doggie heaven for me

Today is day 21 for my batch of five. Got up this morning and went straight for the brooder (of course!) and...nothing. Not a pip, not a peep, not a wiggle. Boo.

My moms birthday happens to be today, so I was distracted by that for about 6 hours. Came straight back to the brooder as soon as the last guest had left and:

Still wet! And another egg has pipped and is peeping. One other egg has no change, and the other two I can’t totally see. But still! A chick! I MADE A CHICKEN!! For the first time! Like, an entire alive chick who is madly peeping and exploring and running about! This is the best day ever.

Oh I laughed out loud reading your account of today's hatching shenanigans. Sooooo happy for you you - yay!!!!!

Oh ..oh... I love your dogs. And I live you more than I did before. I used to rescue and foster dogs. Love seeing happy rescued dogs.

thanks two of my dogs gracie and einstein were both from the same shelter on the same day and lilly was laft in a back yard by her self we got her on face book poor thing she was just a puppy she had heart worms but she is free from them know yay

Cute chicks, love your dog! Can't really tell by photo, is that a lab or Golden? I'm on my third Golden R. Great dogs. I have a similar photo of my dog with a chick.

Right now have a golden Pyrenees. His name is buddy. He’s a cross of a golden retriever and Great Pyrenees And has such wavy ears and has dual claws too. Such a loveable dog. He is is about to turn one at the end of this month. I’ve seen these dogs sold for 600$! He was our little Walmart puppy cause a man had them in the back of his truck giving them away! We were lucky to find such a great family members he’s saved my chickens countless times and he’s the biggest snuggle bug. He must think he’s 30 lbs when he’s 70lbs! Here he is as a pup and there he is in the fall. He’s much bigger now I will find a more recent photo here in a second.

View attachment 1243109 This is Duke. He is very sweet and thinks everyone loves him. He was a rescue someone found him abandoned at a rural airport, there were more than one puppy, but he was the only one who came when called. I found him on a facebook page, the other person looking at him was from a picker cabin at an apple orchard and said they wanted a tie up guard dog, I went and got him as soon as I could. now he lives on beds and couches, and goes skiing/hiking once a day.

Love it! Duke is good looking, and one blessed dog!

Mine is a Golden/ Pyrenees mix too! He's 2 years old and just starting to calm down.

While fostering, I would tell people so they would know, that it would be a good 2 yesrs in most dogs, before they settle down from puppy style.
