Japanese bantam growth

Hi, I got my first bantam, a Japanese bantam 4 weeks ago. It was almost a week old when I got it so now close to 5 weeks old. Question is how slow do they grow? Its smaller then my 4 day old chicks, tiny, and only has wing feathers and starting to get some tail feathers and a couple back feathers. Its outside with the other 4 to 5 week old chicks in their own coop and run with heat lamp avalible 24hrs because I worry with her being so small and lacking in feathers she needs it. I tried keeping her inside with the babies but she it's very very vocal about her feeling on that and stopped eating until back with the Easter Eggers. Thank you!

Can you post a pic? Japanese are very very small but they usually feather in quite fast and by 5 weeks should have all but head feathers.

Iv'e seen one feather in very slowly.
It was a boy, a runt too so even slower progress.

Could be a gold partridge dutch bantam hen?
