What breed is the large fowl? I had a Cockerel from a large/bantam cross male and a Japanese female

Basically any clean legged.

These are all a few years old. We ended up giving him away when he became incompatible with my flock. First image is of him when he got frostbite that winter, thaysbwhy his comb is weird
