Japanese bantam question?

Hi,Wondering if anybody knew of Japanese bantams ever coming with feather legs, or black feet? I purchased some from Ideal poultry last wed. I got them home and they have featherd legs. So I called them up and they said to come back next wed for free replacement birds .got them today and two of them have featherd shanks. If I post pics could anybody tell me what they might be? Thank you and nice to meet you

It would be best if you post photos of them at "what breed or gender is this." Please mention age at time of photos. Those folks are really good
