Japanese Bantam: roo or pullet?

this is tiny. my guess is that she is a btw japanese bantam because that is what his/her mom is.

this is her mom, chabo.

she is yelling at me. just kidding, she is yawning.

I'm hoping s/he is a pullet... i think the mommy would get lonely because I don't think we are allowed to have roosters.

feathers around its neck look long slinder and pointed to me from those pics so i'm gonna guess roo

How old? I dont see and saddle feathers. I think the hackle feathers look pointy because of the lacing in the neck. Age would definitely help with the guesses though!

I'm not really sure, but she is at least 3-6 months because we got her in like june and she was not a newborn chick. I'm not sure if that really helps.
