Japs ear yuck.. please help us..

Hi all I have a grown white jap hen and one of her ears has yellow creamy wax like stuff that clogs up her ear hole and I have to clean it out. Is there some kind of treatment or meds I can put in it? It also feels warm.. Thank you..
