i just got my first jerseys today. 3 black and 1 blue and theyre from here...theyre not full grown yet...ive got two 4 week olds, one 12 week old, and one 20 week old and the 20 week old is pretty good size id say...but if you go here they mention something about a 23 pounder someone got from them

I got my Giants form Maria as well. They are about 16 weeks old now and awesome in size and confirmation.

I had the best hatch percentage from her eggs. I hatched 75% if the eggs she shipped. Compared to 10 % from another breeder.

I now have blue splash and black. I think she is focusing on Blue's but check her web site it is quite informative as well.

are there eggs normaly small because my one thats laying has a very small egg

the Giants that I had layed a very medium sized egg. For the size of the bird the eggs were not big by any means, but I would not call them small either

My understanding is that the goal of the larger birds was to have a large meat bird. I dont think the size of the egg was a focus.

If it is a pullet the eggs will get larger, but you already know that I am sure.

As the Jersey giants mature you will see the eggs become larger. Jersey giants are slower to mature & are still growing even at 2 years of age. *It is best not to use smaller eggs from pullets for hatching purposes*
