Here are my two Black Jersey Giants at around 4-5 months old. They are the ones in the front of the pic, bottom roost. Male (with saddle feathers) on left. Female (black face) on right. Note the difference in leg dimension. Size difference too.

The part you circled in red is of broken tail feathers. They aren’t sharp and pointy, the hen just has a scruffy tail, which should grow back when she molts.

If I could I would hand you a bottle of Windex and a paper towel to clean your screen.

Those are broken tail feathers.
What device are you using?

No it is clear to me that the one on the left is a cockerel and the one on the right is a hen.
You have a great sense of humor.
