Jersey Giant problems

This is my first time raising this breed and I've noticed that one of my three and a half month old hens has been acting funny. She has been walking on the scaly part of her legs and now she's falling over. She is eating and drinking but I've never had this problem before. Is it contagious to the rest of my flock. Thank you for the help.
