Jersey Giant Pullet or Cockerel?

This is Jeepers Cheepers...noisiest little thing and terrified of everything when it was smaller! Jeepers is 15-16 weeks old, and was raised by our broody hen in the run with the flock. I know the breed is a blue Jersey Giant, but I’m curious about gender. He/she is supposed to be a pullet, but I’m seeing some curving feathers in the tail that have me concerned....

For anyone who answered “cockerel,” I thought you might want to know that you were correct. This is Jeepers at 5 months old. He still hasn’t crowed. He’s a big scaredy-chicken. Although he has quite the imposing stare, I don’t think he knows he’s a rooster...which has its good and bad points. The ladies know he’s a roo, so they follow him around. He just seems to be confused by the fact the hens that used to be so mean to him now follow him everywhere.

Jersey Giants are very slow to mature. I'm sure he will catch on and be very happy that he's a boy in a few months.
